Role Overview:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance cultural diversity within our community
- Collaborate with local and regional partners to expand the reach and impact of our cultural programs
- Curate and manage cultural initiatives that resonate with a wide audience
- Network with artists, creators, and cultural influencers to broaden our organization's presence
- Drive engagement and participation in our cultural events and activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Cultural Studies, or related field
- Proven experience in cultural programming or event management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Passion for promoting cultural awareness and appreciation
