As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a memorable shopping experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the quality and values of Spar Spillum
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
- Support inventory management and ensure products are well-stocked on the shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
