We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team in Trøndelag, Norway. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a memorable shopping experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to enhance their shopping experience
Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the quality and values of Spar Spillum
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
Support inventory management and ensure products are well-stocked on the shelves
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
Strong communication abilities and a proactive attitude
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
