As a Community Engagement Specialist at MGE, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with our customers and enhancing community involvement through innovative initiatives. Your creativity and enthusiasm will drive our efforts to connect with the community through various events and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies and programs.
- Organize and execute community events and partnerships that align with MGE's values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze community feedback to continuously improve engagement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in community outreach or event planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
