Position: Guest Experience Curator
Location: Veneto, Italy
Responsibilities:
- Design tailored guest experiences that showcase the beauty and culture of Veneto
- Collaborate with local artisans and businesses to create unique experiences for our guests
- Ensure impeccable service standards are maintained at all times
- Create partnerships with local attractions and venues to enhance guest experiences
- Handle guest feedback and provide prompt resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of Veneto's culture and attractions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in creating exceptional guest experiences
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
