Job Description:
As a Flight Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day aspects of our flight operations. Your role will involve coordinating flight schedules, liaising with pilots and ground staff, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain flight schedules
- Communicate effectively with flight crews and ground personnel
- Monitor and ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Handle unforeseen operational challenges with composure and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or relevant field
- Experience in aviation operations is preferred
