About the Role

As a Retail Specialist, you will work closely with our customers, assisting them in finding the perfect mementos and gifts to take home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Engaging with visitors and providing exceptional customer service
Assisting customers in selecting merchandise and providing product knowledge
Ensuring the visual merchandising is attractive and accurately represents our brand
Processing sales transactions and operating the cash register
Maintaining stock levels and replenishing merchandise as required

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of customers
An enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Attention to detail and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and public holidays
