Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community impact initiatives to promote social responsibility and environmental consciousness.
Research and analyze the latest industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Create engaging content for digital platforms that fosters inclusivity and diversity.
Collaborate with internal departments to develop strategies and campaigns that align with our corporate values.
Monitor social media channels, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance community engagement.
Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase Springs Industries' commitment to social responsibility.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Prior experience in community engagement, corporate social responsibility, or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms to engage audiences and drive social impact.
Strong knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
