Position: Adventure Experience Specialist
Job Description:
- Engage with customers to understand their interests and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by recommending and promoting various adventure experiences
- Assist customers in planning their itineraries and tailor experiences to meet their needs
- Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative approaches to marketing and sales
- Stay up-to-date with the local tourism industry and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outdoor activities and adventure tourism
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in English and Icelandic
