Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging recreational activities for various age groups
- Create unique and exciting entertainment programs for our visitors
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during recreational activities
- Collaborate with team members to develop new ideas and enhance existing offerings
Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning, recreational activities, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Fluency in Finnish and English is preferred
