Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing sustainable practices in agriculture
Researching new technologies for rural development
Collaborating with local communities to optimize resource management
Evaluating and improving current sustainability initiatives
Leading educational workshops on sustainable practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related field
Experience in sustainable agriculture or rural development
Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive positive change
Strong communication and teamwork skills
