Position: Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and serving as the main point of contact.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring effective solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive service offerings.
- Manage client projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and meeting quality expectations.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
