Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the curation and preservation of legal artifacts and documents that underscore Kansas' historical significance
- Lead a talented team of historians and researchers in interpreting and presenting legal heritage to the public
- Collaborate with external partners to expand the reach and impact of our historical collections
- Conduct research to uncover new insights into Kansas' legal history and heritage
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in heritage studies, history, or a related field
- Proven experience in curating legal collections and interpreting historical documents
- Demonstrated leadership in the field of heritage preservation
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging diverse audiences
