Responsibilities:

Champion an atmosphere of innovation and creativity, promoting a culture that encourages continuous improvement and fresh ideas.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective HR strategies to enhance overall productivity.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate employee development programs, including training, coaching, and succession planning to support career growth.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
Strong passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving positive change.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage individuals at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in the wine industry is a plus.
