Position: Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary:

Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Conduct in-depth job analysis to identify training needs and develop appropriate curriculum
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and e-learning modules
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars based on identified needs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize training strategies in alignment with company goals
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to drive improvements
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging techniques in employee training and development

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration)
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Proficiency in creating multimedia training content using software tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and experience in online training delivery
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build effective relationships
Passion for driving growth and development through education and training initiatives
