Retail Growth Specialist
Save the Children Kenya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Growth Specialist to join our team in Western Kenya. As a Retail Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our retail presence in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase retail sales and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our retail network
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product assortment and pricing
- Train and mentor retail staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail outlets, providing recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in retail management or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required
