Join our dynamic team at Community Health Network in Indiana and be a part of something greater than yourself. We are currently seeking a Wellness Program Coordinator to be a key player in promoting health and wellness within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging wellness programs that promote healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with community partners to organize fitness events and workshops
- Educate individuals on the benefits of physical activity and nutrition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, or related field
- Previous experience in developing wellness programs is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
