Kenya Red Cross Society - Nakuru Branch is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team in the capacity of an Agri-Development Specialist. Position: Agri-Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Research, design, implement, and monitor agri-development projects.
Collaborate with local farmers and communities to identify needs and provide sustainable solutions.
Offer technical expertise and guidance in agriculture and rural development initiatives.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure project impact and success.
Provide training and capacity-building programs for stakeholders involved in agricultural projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Development, or related field.
Proven experience in implementing agricultural projects in rural communities.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Passion for community development and making a difference through agriculture.
