Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations based on candidate qualifications and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source qualified candidates.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
