Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract quality candidates
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
Negotiate job offers and facilitate hiring processes
Manage recruitment databases and candidate pipelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
