Position Available: Energy Gastronomy Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement sustainable energy solutions for gastronomy and culinary processes
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary experts to integrate renewable energy practices seamlessly into the food industry
- Conduct research on energy-efficient cooking technologies and practices
- Provide training and guidance to restaurant and hotel staff on energy conservation techniques
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption in culinary operations
Requirements:
- Background in culinary arts, energy engineering, or related field
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to innovate and think creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
