Your Role
As a Wellbeing Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for orchestrating events and activities focused on promoting health and wellness. Your creativity and organizational skills will be key in curating experiences that cater to both staff and patients, ensuring a harmonious blend of work and life.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing wellbeing programs that cater to a diverse audience
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure the success of events
- Evaluating the impact of initiatives and continuously seeking ways to improve
- Promoting a culture of self-care and work-life balance
Requirements
- Passion for enhancing wellbeing through engaging experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in event planning or wellness promotion is a plus
