Position: Learning Specialist
Job Description:
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that enhance our team members' skills and knowledge.
- Create and update training materials and resources to ensure they reflect the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Mentor and coach team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about helping others learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs is a plus.
