About the Role

As a Market Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in our growth strategy by conducting in-depth research and analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and industry competitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data related to customer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends.
Developing reports and presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and strategic opportunities to senior management.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing strategies, and overall business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software, such as SPSS or SAS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
