Your Role:

Facilitate workshops and programs that promote personal development, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
Design engaging sessions that integrate elements of sportsmanship with life skills education.
Cultivate a safe and inclusive environment that nurtures individual potentials and fosters healthy relationships.
Collaborate with educators and community leaders to develop innovative learning experiences.
Contribute to the creation of sustainable initiatives that promote social responsibility and environmental awareness.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for empowering individuals and fostering personal growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences.
An innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Experience in program facilitation, coaching, or related fields is a plus.
