Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Luxury Spirits Ambassador to join our team at the prestigious Scotch Whisky Experience in Scotland, United Kingdom. As a Luxury Spirits Ambassador, you will immerse guests in the world of fine spirits, particularly focusing on the art of whisky appreciation.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by guiding guests through tastings and educating them on the unique characteristics of various whisky brands.
- Driving sales through personalized recommendations and engaging product demonstrations.
- Contributing to the overall guest experience by maintaining a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Assisting with retail operations, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and managing inventory.
- Participating in promotional events, tastings, and special whisky-themed activities.
Qualifications:
- Passion for luxury spirits and a deep understanding of whisky production, history, and tasting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse groups of customers.
- Proven sales experience in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a premium guest experience.
- WSET certification or equivalent is desirable but not required.
