About the Position:

Manage and coordinate our advanced technology solutions division.
Develop, implement, and maintain innovative strategies to enhance security measures in the region.
Collaborate with industry experts to identify emerging technologies and determine their applicability.
Oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge security systems.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.
Provide technical expertise and support to our clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a secure and technologically advanced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology).
Proven experience in managing advanced technology solutions, ideally with a focus on security.
Strong knowledge and understanding of security systems, surveillance technologies, and access control systems.
Ability to assess and analyze complex technological solutions, and provide recommendations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
