We're Hiring: Cultural Inclusion Champion

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Cultural Inclusion Champion. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting a multicultural environment within Victoria's Secret, fostering inclusivity, and embracing diversity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance cultural awareness and inclusivity
Collaborate with different teams to create diverse representation across all aspects of the organization
Provide training and educational resources on cultural sensitivity and understanding
Align internal policies and practices with cultural diversity goals
Plan and organize events that celebrate different cultures
Address any issues related to diversity and inclusion in a respectful and effective manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience working with diverse teams and promoting cultural inclusivity
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and track progress towards diversity goals
A commitment to promoting equality and embracing cultural differences
