We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Elite Performance Coordinator. As an Elite Performance Coordinator at North Karelia ELY Centre, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence and maximizing the performance levels of our athletes and entertainment professionals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized performance enhancement programs
- Conduct in-depth performance assessments and analyses
- Collaborate with athletes/entertainers to set and achieve performance goals
- Create and manage tailored training schedules
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in performance coaching or related areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for optimizing human performance
