Position Available: Leisure Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Create unforgettable, tailor-made holiday experiences that delight our guests
Go above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Provide expert knowledge and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and activities
Coordinate with our partners to arrange unique experiences and outings
Manage customer inquiries and reservations with efficiency and accuracy
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:

Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for Lower Austria's tourism offerings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in English, German, and ideally another foreign language
Flexible schedule to accommodate guest needs
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
