Responsibilities:

Identify and attract top talent to meet our staffing needs.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
Build a strong candidate pipeline through various channels.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
Familiarity with South African labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and software.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
