As a Furbaby Enthusiast Specialist at Walk-On's, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and their beloved companions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and attention to all furbabies who visit our establishment.
- Ensure the well-being and comfort of our guests' furry family members.
- Engage with pet owners to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for both humans and their companions.
- Collaborate with our kitchen and service staff to accommodate special requests for furbabies.
- Contribute to the overall positive experience of our guests by embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Possess a genuine love for animals and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with pet owners.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Prior experience in animal care or a related field is preferred.
