Your Role:

As an International Cultural Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing cultural events, activities, and initiatives that promote cross-cultural understanding and appreciation within our company. Your role will involve coordinating multicultural projects, facilitating cultural workshops, and enhancing the overall international experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute multicultural events and programs
Develop strategies to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion
Collaborate with various departments to integrate cultural awareness into the company culture
Organize language exchange programs and cultural workshops
Support employees from different cultural backgrounds and create a welcoming environment for all

Qualifications:

Strong passion for multiculturalism and cultural exchange
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience in event planning and project management
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
