Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized performance enhancement programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate progress and modify training protocols accordingly.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, physical therapists, and nutritionists to optimize overall wellness and performance.
Provide expert guidance on injury prevention strategies and recovery techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent credential.
Demonstrated experience working with athletes of various sports disciplines.
Strong knowledge of sports nutrition, biomechanics, and sports psychology.
