Developing, implementing, and continuously improving operational strategies and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
Identifying and driving process optimization initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Driving a culture of continuous improvement by fostering innovation and embracing new technologies
Leading and developing a high-performing team to achieve operational targets and personal growth

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration
Proven experience in operations management, process optimization, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and drive change
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and German
