The Arc of North Carolina is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the capacity of a Community Impact Analyst. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in harnessing data insights to drive sustainable impact and advance our initiatives for social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth community research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for impactful interventions.
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic decision-making processes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and initiatives.
Stay informed about industry best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong foundation in data analysis and research methodologies.
Proven experience in interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
