Position: Community Engagement Specialist

We are currently hiring a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. As the Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting our music school with the wider community, building relationships, and expanding our outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our music school's programs and activities
Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to enhance our presence and expand our reach
Organize and oversee community events, concerts, and workshops
Create and manage social media campaigns to increase community awareness and engagement
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and students to develop innovative ideas for community initiatives
Represent the music school at community gatherings and networking events
Track and analyze the impact of community engagement efforts and provide regular reports to the management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Previous experience in community engagement, event planning, or marketing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Passion for music and a deep understanding of its cultural significance
