Position Available: Hospitality Experience Curator
Job Description:
- Create and deliver unique, personalized experiences for guests visiting our winery and cultural attractions.
- Engage with visitors to showcase the beauty and history of the region, enhancing their overall stay.
- Coordinate wine tastings, tours, and events to promote the rich heritage of La Rioja.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all touchpoints of the guest journey.
Qualifications:
- Passion for hospitality, tourism, and creating magical moments for guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge or interest in wine, culture, and local traditions is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles within the tourism or hospitality industry preferred.
