Job Opening: Production Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient processes and timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production resources
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high quality and safety standards
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure compliance with guidelines and performance goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of manufacturing software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
