Job Opening: Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient processes and timely delivery of products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production resources
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high quality and safety standards
Train and supervise production staff to ensure compliance with guidelines and performance goals

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or related field
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of manufacturing software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
