North Carolina Advocates for Justice is looking for a passionate individual to join our team and champion environmental sustainability efforts in a key role designed to foster a greener future. As part of our commitment to manufacturing with a conscience, we are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Advocate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact within our manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable initiatives
- Evaluate current processes and recommend sustainable alternatives
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and standards
- Stay updated on best practices for sustainable manufacturing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in implementing environmental sustainability programs
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about making a positive impact on the environment
