Venture Manager Role

As a Venture Manager at Werner Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in our global expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and enhance our position as a market leader. You will be responsible for:

Researching and analyzing potential market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, within the franchise/chain industry.
Developing comprehensive business plans and strategies to enter new markets and establish partnerships.

Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and industry professionals.
Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
