Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized growth plans for employees to enhance job satisfaction and motivation.
Organize workshops and training sessions to support employee development in areas such as stress management and work-life balance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create programs that promote a healthy and supportive workplace culture.
Monitor employee well-being indicators and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Act as a mentor and coach to help employees reach their full potential and achieve performance goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in fostering employee well-being and professional development.
