As a Wellness Advocate Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting health and well-being among our employees, encouraging a culture of fitness and overall wellness. Your role will involve designing and implementing innovative wellness programs, organizing fitness challenges, and providing guidance on nutrition and exercise.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement wellness initiatives to improve employee health and fitness levels
Organize and lead fitness classes and workshops
Create personalized fitness plans for employees
Educate and motivate individuals to make healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborate with health professionals to promote overall well-being

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Nutrition, Health Promotion, or related field
Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in designing and implementing wellness programs
Passion for promoting health and fitness
