We are currently seeking a Wellness Advocate Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Wellness Advocate Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting health and well-being among our employees, encouraging a culture of fitness and overall wellness. Your role will involve designing and implementing innovative wellness programs, organizing fitness challenges, and providing guidance on nutrition and exercise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness initiatives to improve employee health and fitness levels
- Organize and lead fitness classes and workshops
- Create personalized fitness plans for employees
- Educate and motivate individuals to make healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with health professionals to promote overall well-being
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Nutrition, Health Promotion, or related field
- Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in designing and implementing wellness programs
- Passion for promoting health and fitness
