Your Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop engaging gastronomic experiences, from farm to table
Collaborate with local chefs and food producers to curate innovative menus
Organize and execute food-related events, such as seafood tastings and cooking workshops
Manage communication with partners, suppliers, and vendors
Ensure high standards of food quality and safety
Stay updated with industry trends and culinary advancements
