Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative strategies that address social challenges
Research and analyze trends in art, technology, and design to inform innovation projects
Lead the ideation, prototyping, and implementation of design solutions for social welfare initiatives
Evaluate the effectiveness of creative interventions and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Fine Arts, Media Studies, Human-Centered Design)
Proven experience in creative project management and innovation processes
Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas persuasively
Passion for promoting social welfare and driving positive change through art and design
