Come be a part of an exciting new opportunity within our Adventure Division at the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC). We are currently seeking a Strategic Engagement Coordinator to join our diverse and talented team.

About the Role:

Develop and implement strategic engagement initiatives to enhance public relations and community outreach.
Coordinate and execute high-profile events and activities to promote a positive image of the organization.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage adventurous team-building exercises and challenges for members of the organization.
Create engaging content and experiences that align with the Adventure Division's mission and values.
Analyze and assess the impact of engagement activities to continually improve strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Proven experience in event planning, project management, or adventure sports is a plus.
