Responsibilities:

Research, develop, and implement innovative agricultural practices to improve crop yield and quality
Collaborate with local farmers to promote sustainable farming methods and environmental conservation
Analyze soil samples and crop data to optimize agricultural processes
Provide guidance and training to farmers on best practices and new technologies in agriculture
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of agricultural projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
Proven experience in agricultural development and project management
Strong knowledge of sustainable farming techniques and environmental stewardship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
