Job Opening: Guest Experience Specialist

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in Vermont. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while providing a unique and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information about our bagel flavors, baked goods, and other menu items
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, remembering their preferences to create a personalized experience
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and objectives

Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers
Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented setting
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food handling certification is a plus, but not required (training provided)
