Position: Guest Services Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries they may have.
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Handle reservation inquiries, bookings, and manage guest requests effectively.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
- Maintain and update guest records and information accurately.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish – other languages are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and computer software.
