Position: Cultural Experience Facilitator

Job Description:

Plan and organize immersive cultural experiences that showcase the rich diversity of Gauteng
Coordinate with local communities, art institutions, and event organizers to create unique entertainment opportunities
Develop marketing strategies to promote cultural experiences through various platforms
Collaborate with media partners to amplify the reach and impact of cultural events
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and create a safe and healthy environment for both staff and attendees
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary measures to minimize potential hazards
Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols during cultural events

Requirements:

Previous experience in event management, tourism, or related fields
A passion for multicultural experiences and a proven track record in promoting diversity
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Knowledge of the local media landscape and experience in media partnerships
Good understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols
