Job Summary:

As a Health & Wellness Specialist at Unitrans, you will play a vital role in implementing health initiatives, promoting fitness programs, and supporting our employees' overall well-being.

Your Role:

Develop and implement health and wellness programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity
Conduct health assessments and create personalized fitness plans
Deliver informative workshops on nutrition, exercise, and stress management
Provide guidance and support to employees on their wellness journey

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Health Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology)
Experience in designing and implementing health and wellness programs
Strong knowledge of fitness techniques and sports-related activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
